Spell: Living Thunderbolt

You transform into a being of pure lightning, allowing you to move at impossible speeds. You gain a fly Speed of 60 feet, resistance 10 to electricity, and automatically succeed at attempts to Escape an effect that has you Immobilized, Grabbed, or Restrained unless the effect is magical and of a higher rank than the living thunderbolt spell. Additionally, you can move through creatures' spaces as if they weren't there, but you can't end your movement in another creature's space. When you move through a creature's space, they take 1d12 electricity damage with a basic Reflex save. On a failure, they're also Dazzled for 1 round. A creature can only take damage this way once per round.
