On a hit, you deal 4d4 piercing damage and 2 persistent bleed damage (or double damage on a critical hit). For the duration of the spell, you regain 2 vitality healing Hit Points each time the target takes bleed damage.

Heightened (+1) The piercing damage increases by 2d4, and the persistent bleed damage and healing increase by 1.
