Spell: Sanguine Transference

You diffuse your spirit into your blood before escaping your body and transferring your blood and soul into a thrall. You use the target thrall to reform your body in its space, and you leave a thrall where your body once was.

Your reformed body is the same as it was before the transfer. All spells and effects applied to you remain active. Tendrils of blood grab all your items as you travel and equip them to your new body as they were before the transfer. The movement of your blood doesn't trigger any reactions.
