You rip out a portion of an elemental plane and smash it into your plane, unleashing a chaotic maelstrom. When you Cast this Spell, choose an elemental plane. The collision deals 8d6 force damage and 8d8 damage of a type depending on the chosen plane to each creature in the area with a basic Reflex save. A creature that fails the saving throw is also pushed 25 feet away from the center of the burst (or 50 feet on a critical failure). Each creature whose movement is stopped by a firm surface, such as a well, takes bludgeoning damage equal to the remaining number of feet it would've moved. The area also becomes difficult terrain and hazardous terrain that lasts for a year and a day or until counteracted by a spell or effect such as dispel magic. Any creature that ends its turn in the hazardous terrain takes 15 damage of a type depending on the chosen plane.

  • Plane of Air The damage dealt is acid damage, and the spell gains the air trait.

  • Plane of Earth The damage dealt is bludgeoning damage, and the spell gains the earth trait.

  • Plane of Fire The damage dealt is fire damage, and the spell gains the fire trait.

  • Plane of Metal The damage dealt is slashing damage, and the spell gains the metal trait.

  • Plane of Water The damage dealt is cold damage, and the spell gains the water trait.

  • Plane of Wood The damage dealt is piercing damage, and the spell gains the wood trait.
