Spell: Muscle Barrier

You transform a thrall into layers of thick muscle that wrap around you or an ally, providing both protection and a boost to strength. The thrall is split into pieces and flung toward a willing creature within 15 feet of it, destroying the thrall and granting that creature 10 temporary Hit Points that last for 1 minute. The creature gains a +1 status bonus to Athletics checks until the spell ends. The spell ends when all the temporary Hit Points are gone.

Heightened (+1) The temporary Hit Points increase by 10.
