You attempt to forcibly remove a massive amount of blood or other vital fluids from a creature. The target must attempt a Fortitude saving throw. A nonliving creature with blood in its body (such as a vampire) can be affected, but a creature with no blood is immune. The clumsy condition inflicted by this spell increases by 1 while the target is taking persistent bleed damage.
Critical Success The target is unaffected.
Success The target becomes Drained 1 and Clumsy 1 for 1 round.
Failure The target becomes Drained 2 and clumsy 1 for 1 minute.
Critical Failure The target becomes Drained 3 and Clumsy 2 for 1 minute.
