Whenever a creature starts its turn in one of the clusters or the first time a creature enters a cluster each round, it takes 3d4 poison damage with a Fortitude save as poisonous spores fill the air. Corpses within a cluster rapidly decompose.
Critical Success The target is unaffected.
Success The target takes half damage and becomes Sickened 1.
Failure The target takes full damage and becomes sickened 1.
Critical Failure The target takes double damage and becomes Sickened 2.
Heightened (+1) The damage increases by 1d4.
