A long-forgotten army in the Darklands attempted to clinch a crucial battle by blacking out the sun with an impossible spell. The sun goes dark across the entire area of the spell, manipulating your enemies and giving your allies great resilience. The spell's area comes under a 9th-rank darkness spell. You and all allies in the area gain greater darkvision, 40 temporary Hit Points, and a +3 status bonus to saving throws for the spell's duration. Enemies within the area take a –3 status penalty to Will saving throws.

Whenever you Fuel Under Sunless Skies, you cast a 9th-rank command spell without expending a spell slot, targeting all enemies within the area. You must give the same command to all enemies.

Lethologic Mark Your sight becomes easily affected by light. When first exposed to bright light, you become Blinded until the end of your next turn. After this exposure, light doesn't blind you again until after you spend 1 hour in darkness. To heal this mark, you must drink a potion created with a vial of black blood created by the Groetan hags of the Sightless Sea.
