Item: Laboratory Coat
This off-white laboratory coat is +1 resilient slick explorer's clothing with many pockets and a stitched-on utility belt to hold useful tools. It was designed by a scholarly inventor who had a penchant for risky experiments. This coat grants the wearer a +2 item bonus to Crafting checks and an escape route should one's experiments go awry.

Effect You tap a magical button and utter the code word to instantly transport yourself and any items you're wearing and holding from your current space to an unoccupied space within 20 feet of you that you can see.
Trait Effects
Comfort: The armor is so comfortable that you can rest normally while wearing it.
Invested: A character can invest only 10 magical items that have the invested trait. None of the magical effects of the item apply if the character hasn’t invested it, nor can it be activated, though the character still gains any normal benefits from wearing the physical item (like a hat keeping rain off their head).
Magical: Something with the magical trait is imbued with magical energies not tied to a specific tradition of magic. Some items or effects are closely tied to a particular tradition of magic. In these cases, the item has the arcane, divine, occult, or primal trait instead of the magical trait. Any of these traits indicate that the item is magical.
