Item: Hydration Cloak
This cloak is made of turquoise scales that absorb moisture, hydrating the wearer. After being fully submerged in water for 1 hour, the cloak allows aquatic creatures, such as azarketis, to stay out of water for up to 1 week without penalties, after which it must be submerged again.

Effect You pull the cloak's hood up and gain the effects of a 2nd-rank Water Walk until you pull the hood down, to a maximum of 10 minutes.
Trait Effects
