Item: Soulheart (Pure)
A soulheart is a crystallized sphere of red ectoplasm about the size of a human eye. When held by a living creature, a faint red light shimmers within the crystal, pulsating in a synchronized beat with the creature's heartbeat and providing illumination equivalent to that of a candle.
Activate—Restore Life 1 minute (concentrate, manipulate)
Effect By holding a pure soulheart against the remains of a dead creature of 20th level or lower that has been dead for no more than a year and concentrating for one minute, the pure soulheart flashes with red light and is destroyed. The targeted dead creature is restored to life with 1 Hit Point, no spells prepared or spell slots available, no points in any pools or any other daily resources, and is still affected by any long-term debilitations of the old body.
Destruction A pure soulheart is destroyed when it is activated to Restore Life.
