Item: Rockslide Plate (Greater)
This +2 greater resilient breastplate is carved from stone instead of being forged from metal.
Activate—Exhume 1 (concentrate, move)
Requirements You are buried under earth or rubble, typically because of a rockslide
Effect You slide through the material, moving 10 feet toward the surface.
Activate—Rockwave 2 (concentrate, manipulate)
Frequency once per hour
Requirements You are touching the ground
Effect You're carried forward on the crest of a wave of earth and boulders. You move up to 50 feet in a straight line, after which the rockwave disappears. You can move up or down, but if you aren't on solid ground at the end of this movement, you fall. Any creature you move adjacent to during this moment takes 9d8 bludgeoning damage (DC 35 Basic Reflex save).
Trait Effects
Earth: Effects with the earth trait either manipulate or conjure earth. Those that manipulate earth have no effect in an area without earth. Creatures with this trait consist primarily of earth or have a connection to magical earth. These planes are mostly solid. Travelers arriving upon an earth plane risk suffocation if they don’t reach a cavern or some other air pocket within the plane’s solid matter. Creatures who can’t burrow are entombed in the plane’s substance and must attempt to dig their way toward an air pocket. Air creatures are ill at ease, as they rarely have the space to move freely through even the loftiest warrens.
Armor Specialisation Effects
The sturdy plate provides no purchase for a cutting edge.
Medium Armor: You gain resistance to slashing damage equal to 1 + the value of the armor's potency rune.
