Item: Matsuki's Medicinal Wine

Old Matsuki's private brew has quite the kick. In addition to making you tipsy, this medicinal wine works wonders in helping to recover from disease. When you drink a dose of this wine you must succeed at a DC 18 Fortitude save to avoid becoming Off Guard for 10 minutes (and also Clumsy 1 for this duration if you critically fail the saving throw). Regardless of the saving throw's results, you gain a +2 item bonus to Fortitude saving throws against diseases and poisons for the next 24 hours. This applies to your daily save against a disease's progression as well.
Trait Effects

Ingested: An ingested poison is activated by applying it to food or drink to be consumed by a living creature, or by placing it directly into a living creature’s mouth. A creature attempts a saving throw against such a poison when it consumes the poison or the food or drink treated with the poison. The onset time of ingested poisons typically ranges anywhere from 1 minute to 1 day
Poison: An effect with this trait delivers a poison or deals poison damage. An item with this trait is poisonous and might cause an affliction.
