Item: Golden Wings (Major)
This pair of huge wings is crafted from numerous feathers made of a lightweight, golden magical alloy. When activated, the wings emit a melodic sound and a shimmering glow.

Effect For the next 10 minutes, you can Leap 20 feet, using the wings to propel yourself. You must land on a space with solid ground. For the duration, you also emit a bright light in a 20-foot radius and dim light for the next 20 feet. You take a –2 item penalty to Stealth checks to Hide and Sneak.
You can also use an action to flap the wings to glide slowly toward the ground, 5 feet down and up to 20 feet forward through the air. As long as you spend 1 action gliding each round and haven't yet reached the ground, you remain in the air at the end of your turn.
You gain a fly Speed of 20 feet for the duration.
Trait Effects

None of the magical effects of the item apply if the character hasn’t invested it, nor can it be activated, though the character still gains any normal benefits from wearing the physical item (like a hat keeping rain off their head).
