Feat: Unerring Runic Attraction

Your runes act as beacons for your arrows and bolts. Make a ranged Strike against a foe you're aware of that's currently bearing a rune and within your first range increment. The ammunition homes in on your target, even going around corners. Your Strike doesn't require line of sight, ignores the target's Concealed condition, and ignores all circumstance bonuses to AC granted from cover and shields.
