Feat: Flock as One

Frequency once per week

Calling up deep primal magic, you and a small chosen few are remade into a flock of small birds. In a ceremony that takes 10 minutes to perform, you and up to 5 willing creatures within 15 feet of you are transformed into Tiny birds whose feathers resemble your own. They remain in this form for 8 hours, but an individual target can use the Sustain action to resume its normal shape or return to its bird form. While in this bird form, a target has a land Speed of 15 feet and a fly Speed of 40 feet; in exploration mode, a target can travel 20 miles per hour. A transformed target can't Strike, cast spells, or use most manipulate actions.
