You have experience handling and evaluating magical items, which are common in merfolk society. You can cast the Read Aura cantrip as a primal innate spell at will. A cantrip is heightened to a spell rank equal to half your level rounded up. You also gain the Quick Identification skill feat, even if you don't meet the prerequisites.
