You've learned how to convert your upward momentum into a powerful attack. At the top of your Propelled Leap, you can make a melee or ranged Strike as a reaction instead of choosing to Grab An Edge. Your Strike gains a +4 circumstance bonus to damage. After your attack, hit or miss, you fall back into the water.
