Trigger You would be reduced to 0 Hit Points but not killed. On the verge of death, you drain the life of all around you in a desperate attempt to remain alive. You avoid being knocked out and remain at 1 Hit Point. Each creature in a 60-foot emanation must attempt a Fortitude saving throw against your spell DC. You regain Hit Points equal to the total damage dealt, up to a maximum of half your maximum Hit Points.
