Feat: Artist's Attendance

Your runes call you to better attend to your art. Stride twice. If you end your movement within reach of a creature that is bearing one of your runes, you can Trace a Rune upon that creature or another target adjacent to you. You can use Artist's Attendance while Burrowing, Climbing, Flying, or Swimming instead of Striding if you have the corresponding movement type.
