Requirements Uro has a creature <a href="/condition/grabbed">Grabbed</a> or <a href="/condition/restrained">Restrained</a><hr/>Effect Uro uses a length of chain to choke his target. The target takes 2d6+11 bludgeoning damage (DC 29 Basic Fortitude save). On a failure, the target must begin holding its breath. On a critical failure, the target falls <a href="/condition/unconscious">Unconscious</a> and starts suffocating.

Chain Choke

When Uro critically hits with a longsword Strike, he can apply manacles as part of his Improved Grab. If a creature would fail an attempt to Escape his Grab, it critically fails instead.

Manacled Grab

Uro can use his hand wielding a shield to Grab a creature, though he can&#x27;t Raise a Shield while grabbing or restraining a creature with his shield arm.
