The offended high roller makes two slap Strikes. If both hit the same creature, they combine their damage for the purpose of resistances and weaknesses.
The high rollers apply their multiple attack penalty to the Strikes normally.

Flurry of Slaps

The offended high roller grabs a nearby drink and throws it in the face of a creature within 10 feet. The creature must attempt a DC 18 Fortitude save or be <a href="/condition/dazzled">Dazzled</a> for one round (<a href="/condition/blinded">Blinded</a> on a critical failure). On its turn, it can spend an Interact action to end the dazzled or blinded condition.

Throw Drink

Offended High Roller - chaotic, human, humanoid

The offended high roller grabs a nearby drink and throws it in the face of a creature within 10 feet. The creature must attempt a @Check[fortitude|dc:18] save or be @UUID[Compendium.pf2e.conditionitems.Item.Dazzled] for one round (@UUID[Compendium.pf2e.conditionitems.Item.Blinded] on a critical failure). On its turn, it can spend an Interact action to end the dazzled or blinded condition.
