Any non-biloko within 30 feet must succeed at a DC 29 Will save or become <a href="/condition/frightened">Frightened 1</a> (<a href="/condition/frightened">Frightened 3</a> on a critical failure). Those who critically succeed are temporarily immune for 1 minute.
