Like normal objects, an animated wardrobe has Hardness. This Hardness reduces any damage it takes by an amount equal to the Hardness. Once an animated wardrobe is reduced to less than half its Hit Points, or immediately upon being damaged by a critical hit, its construct armor breaks, removing the Hardness and reducing its Armor Class to 17.

A creature hit by the animated wardrobe&#x27;s clothes whip becomes <a href="/condition/grabbed">Grabbed</a> by the animated wardrobe. The creature isn&#x27;t <a href="/condition/immobilized">Immobilized</a>, but it can&#x27;t move beyond the reach of the wardrobe&#x27;s clothes whip. A creature can sever the clothes whip with a Strike against AC 15 that deals at least 5 slashing damage. This deals no damage to the animated wardrobe.

Clothes Grab

A creature hit by the animated wardrobe's clothes whip becomes @UUID[Compendium.pf2e.conditionitems.Item.Grabbed] by the animated wardrobe. The creature isn't @UUID[Compendium.pf2e.conditionitems.Item.Immobilized], but it can't move beyond the reach of the wardrobe's clothes whip. A creature can sever the clothes whip with a Strike against AC 15 that deals at least 5 slashing damage. This deals no damage to the animated wardrobe.
