Initiate Benefit (Censer)

While you hold your censer, it billows smoke that obscures creatures within the area. You can light or extinguish your censer with a thought once each turn as a free action, which has the concentrate trait. The smoke fills a 10-foot emanation, and all creatures take a –1 circumstance penalty to Perception checks and ranged attack rolls against creatures within the smoke. In addition, you gain the Swing The Censer action.
