Background: Council of Thieves Agent

The Council of Thieves is not what it once was, but it still controls much of Westcrown's criminal underground. You might be a happy and loyal member in good standing, an agitator pushing for a change in direction or leadership, or even a former member who's on the outs (or maybe out for revenge).

Choose two attribute boosts. One must be to Dexterity or Charisma, and one is a free attribute boost.

You're trained in the Thievery skill and the Underworld Lore skill. You gain the Subtle Theft skill feat.
