Pulsing, cracked glyphs scar the surface of runeveil ammunition, seeming to flake and crumble when handled roughly. When activated runeveil ammunition hits a target that can Cast Spells, it's engulfed in a personal cloud of glowing dust. Until the beginning of your next turn, the target takes a –2 status penalty to spell attack rolls and spell DCs.
